1. Shipping company picks up from our warehouse in Chino, California
2. Package arrives at terminal for dispatch in S. California
3. Package goes to local terminal of recipient
4. Shipping company calls customer to make an appointment for delivery. (Make sure you provide accurate phone number to prevent delay of delivery)
5. Shipping company delivers the package to customer's door
6. MOST IMPORTANT: Examine your order upon delivery by opening the package to ensure the product that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces.
